Holiday offer at Magnolia Residence Sibiu

On the occasion of winter holidays 2017, Magnolia Residence Sibiu offers a Discount of 1000 Euro for any type of apartment purchased within the residential complex, between 15.12.2017 - 08.01.2018.

           The prices of the apartments, their availability, their subdivision, respectively the terms of delivery can be found here on our site of presentation of the whole.

           For the payment of the advance of at least 40% when signing the pre-contract, a reduction of 2000 euros is offered, for an apartment in the execution phase.

            Magnolia Residence Sibiu offers for sale apartments with 2 and 3 rooms, turnkey and guarantees up to 10 years. Currently, there are over 420 families.

    2-room apartments, prices starting from 35,500 euros *
    3-room apartments, prices starting from 44500 euros *
    Penthouse apartments (3 rooms + 75 sqm terrace), prices starting from 62000 euro *

* The price includes finishes of turnkey apartments and 5% VAT.
