The first 2 buildings P + 4E type with elevator will be completed at the beginning of 2016 !!!

In the middle of October, the stage of the works is in the construction schedule established together with the general contractor SC.CON CASA.SRL and concerns the first 3 buildings of 4 floors with elevator from the second stage of the development of the Magnolia Residence Sibiu project.

The first building, named B1 is on the 3rd floor, and during this period the casting of the Holcim concrete slab is being prepared for the utmost level. The deadline for completing the construction is mid-December, respectively at the end of February 2016 the apartments will be tabulated.

In B2, the construction stage is at the level of the first floor, with the term of completion of the works in February 2016, respectively at the end of April 2016 with tabulation.
Building B3 is in the first phase of construction at the foundation level, with a term of completion in December 2016.

The apartments in the buildings of 4 floors, B1, B2 and B3 are with 1, 2 and 3 rooms finished with the key and included in their price the parking place for the first 10 reservations in each block, respectively for the other apartments the parking place will be against cost. The car parks are dismantled by the rest of the land, arranged and are tabulated separately from the apartments. Reservations are made on the basis of the signing of a pre-contract which mentions the building, the number of the apartment and the desired floor, following the contractual terms agreed by agreement to respect the period of the tabulation of the apartment and the signing of the sale-purchase contract.
