We have completed the first stage of development of the MAGNOLIA RESIDENCE SIBIU project

At the end of September 2015 we completed the first stage of development of the MAGNOLIA RESIDENCE SIBIU project - which will include 1200 apartments, by constructing 11 villas of type GF + 2G + M, comprising 176 apartments with 2 and 3 rooms, being located in the western area of ​​Sibiu municipality on Calea Șurii Mici. The apartments are finished at the turn and have a parking place, the access road is made with ELIS type pavement and the private gardens on the ground floor of the buildings are fenced and arranged.
The second phase of the Residential Assembly started in the summer of 2015 and envisages the construction of 8 buildings with height regime GF + 4E equipped with elevator, totaling 360 apartments with 1, 2 and 3 rooms. The third stage includes the construction of 10 new buildings of 7 floors with each 2 lifts and a total number of 640 apartments, as well as a commercial building with 4 floors that will have on the ground floor a supermarket, a restaurant with pool, on the floors will be private kindergartens, fitness rooms and office space.
